– Terms of Sale: By placing an order with us, you are i) offering to purchase a product, ii) representing that all information you provide to us in conncetion with such order is true and accurate and you are an auhtorised user of the payment method provided. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, modify or decline your order or any portion of the order.

– Shipping & Delivery: Shipping to Australian addresses will be made via Auspost Express Service. International shipping is also provided by Australia Post. Orders above $100AUD will be entitled to free express shipping.

– Returns & Exchanges: Returns and exchanges will be available to customers given the product is in the condition it was received and is not an ineligible product. An example of an ineligible product may be bespoke or custom offerings. TellYourTime reserve the right to deem the circumstances to which a return is not eligible. Returns will not be offered for ‘change of mind’ purchases.

– Warranty: TellYourTime does it’s best to deliver quality products that will hopefully never require a warranty claim. However, we understand that things can go wrong. As the customer, should you believe a product has failed, please contact us via the various channels made available so we can resolve the issue. TellYourTime reserves the right to discern whether a product is eligible for a warranty resolution.
